Davide Sisto

Davide Sisto, born in 1978, is a post-doc researcher in Moral Philosophy at the University of Trieste. He is an expert in Thanatechnology, the study of death from a philosophical perspective and in relation to medicine, digital culture and the posthuman. He teaches at the Master Death Studies & the End of Life at the University of Padua and at the University of Turin.

In addition to numerous essays on national and international journals, he published two books on Schelling, as well as Narrating Death. From Romanticism to posthuman (ETS 2013).

Among his latest books: La morte si fa social (Bollati Boringhieri 2018); Ricordati di me (Bollati Boringhieri 2020); Porcospini digitali (Bollati Boringhieri 2022).
